• Visit Creditwest Bank Branches, with your your identity card or passport. For larger transfers two forms of ID are required.
• Complete the ‘sending’ form, and hand it in to the MoneyGram agent,along with the money you intend to send and the transfer fee. If you wish you may also add a 10 word message .
• You will be provided with a reference number.
• Contact the person due to recieve the funds,  and advise them of the reference number. Approximately 10 minutes later the money is ready to be collected.
